PATTERN: inspired by Knits for Barbie Doll by Nicky Epstein

I like a lot of the clothes in Knits for Barbie Doll but the gauge is still a little too big for doll clothes, imo. I modified one of the patterns so it's 10 sts to the inch using size 1 needles. The waist was changed as well. The yarn sparkles a lot more in person, it looks kinda dull here but it's dazzling under lights.
