Who bills me?

Payments on AZ.com are processed by Names.com, the company behind the AZ network, through Stripe. Billing will show as Names.com - AZ.AI.

Plans

Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Plan credits refresh every 30 days. Change or cancel any time from Account > Plan: upgrades start right away and you pay only the difference; moving down, or from yearly to monthly, happens at the end of the period you've paid for. Purchased credits are always kept.

Credits

Credits are used per answer, Spin and image. Each answer card shows how many credits it used. Purchased credits never expire; plan credits refresh every 30 days.

Refunds

Contact us within 14 days if something went wrong. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
